Attorney Monzione began his legal career in California in 1981 as the protégé of legendary trial attorney Melvin M. Belli, Sr., later becoming his law partner. Entrusted with some of the firm’s most challenging and nationally significant cases, he developed a reputation for disciplined preparation and fearless trial work.
In 1997, he returned home to New England and established The Law Offices of Paul M. Monzione, P.C., continuing a career defined by high-stakes litigation and client-centered advocacy.
Attorney Monzione has served as lead or principal counsel in cases resulting in multi-million and billion-dollar recoveries. His litigation experience spans at least sixteen states through pro hac vice admissions and includes matters of national and international significance.
