In addition to complex civil litigation, Attorney Monzione represents clients within the entertainment industry.
In one notable case, Paul represented author Anita Clay Kornfeld in her copyright infringement lawsuit against CBS and Lorimar Productions. This case was cited in several books and publications about copyright infringement.
Paul was a featured guest speaker at United Press International’s 1985 Annual Convention, where he gave a guest lecture entitled “Media and the Law.”
Publicly known clients have included icons such as Muhammad Ali, Lana Turner, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Chuck Berry, and Phyllis McGuire, among others.
Most recently, Paul has prosecuted breach of contract, copyright infringement, and employment cases against high profile public figures, movie studios and production companies.
Paul has also authored published articles and has delivered invited lectures throughout the country to attorney associations, physicians’ groups, pharmacists, and professional organizations. He has appeared on national television programs including Entertainment Tonight, Nightline, American Justice, and The Phil Donahue Show.
