The Law Offices of Paul M. Monzione, P.C., is a full service law firm with affiliated offices throughout New Hampshire, in Boston, MA, and San Francisco, CA. Attorney Monzione is a nationally known lawyer who is recognized as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in America by the National Trial Lawyers organization and also recognized as one of the top ten personal injury lawyers in the country.

Attorney Monzione is an experienced trial lawyer, who is as comfortable and passionate litigating complex claims against large corporations as he is representing clients in local courtrooms. He brings a wealth of national litigation expertise to his New England practice, having worked for many years first as a protégé and then in partnership with the late Melvin M. Belli Sr., Esq., of San Francisco. Mr. Belli’s reputation as a renowned pioneer of personal injury law, civil trial litigation, demonstrative evidence, and the founder of the American Association of Trial Lawyers (now the American Association for Justice), resulted in opportunities for Mr. Monzione to represent clients all over the world stage.

From the beginning of his career in 1981, Mr. Monzione has handled challenging and high profile cases, often against the biggest and best defense firms in the country. He has also obtained some of the largest verdicts and recoveries in the venues where he practices, including dozens of multiple million dollar recoveries on individual cases such as a medical malpractice verdict in Alameda County, California, for a badly injured nine year old girl ($26 million dollars), a breach of contract verdict for a Massachusetts based company ($3 million dollars), and more recently, the largest verdict in Carroll County, New Hampshire ($2.6 million dollars), in a medical malpractice case for an injured man.

These verdicts are just a sample of some of the results Attorney Monzione has obtained and are part of his experience as a lawyer. Every case must be evaluated on its own, and an outcome in one case does not predict what the outcome might be in your case or legal matter.
